Why didn't I try this sooner?
This hotel is a hidden gem! I stayed for a night in a spacious King Room, which had comfy beds and a great air conditioning system that kept us cool. Dinner at Mug Shots across the parking lot was fantastic, followed by a selection of snacks from the lobby. A very efficient stay overall!

The room had excellent air conditioning, a microwave for late-night snacks, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was great for chilling out. Plenty of dining options nearby, too. Simple yet comfortable, perfect for a budget trip.

I loved how close the Texas and Pacific Railway Museum was, being just under 7 km away, making it really easy to enjoy a stroll through downtown Marshall and discover unique landmarks along the way.

Not bad for a solo traveler
The staff were friendly, which is always nice. I got a good night's sleep on the firm bed, even though the decor was straight outta the 80s!
